Sam had a group of friends visiting from Melbourne for the week and he planned a mid-week Monday wine tour to show them the Swan Valley and get out of the city for a day. The day began with a pick-up from home in Mosman Park and a cruise through the city to a perfect day in the touring the wineries. Lunch was at Feral Brewery and a case of Hop Hog was purchased for later in the day.

A highlight was the gold champagne at Jane Brook Winery and they shared a bottle in the limo on the way home in the evening. After considering a fixed schedule bus tour, Sam was amazed at how affordable and flexible the limo tour was – and they got to sing and jive to their own music on the thumping sound system during the day.
