Wine tours at Little River Wines
Little River Wines is one of the smaller boutique wineries in the Swan Valley with a very different character, wine set and restaurant. It is more like discovering a provincial French winery misplaced into the south west of Australia.
Nestled behind the trees on a small riverside vineyard the venue offers a range of French styled wines and a French country cafe with seats looking across the vines. There is nothing pretentious about the venue, it provides good wines and simple French themed menu at reasonable prices. A must try location for folks looking to test out the variety of wineries in the valley.
The cellar door is on the side of the production shed and has an interesting ambience and plenty of room for small groups. Like many venues in the valley Little River Winery doesn’t like larger bus groups but is well placed to accommodate groups of 8 – 20 by appointment.
