You are probably aware that pop-up weddings are organised to occur on off-peak wedding days, commonly mid-week, Sundays or on winter weekends. Direct transfer to the ceremony
We offer short hire transfers to the ceremony from $90 in a Caprice chauffeur car or $150 in a classic Jaguar bridal car. These prices are for transfers between central Perth metro locations and the hire may be a little more for outer suburb venues.
Ceremony and feature photo session
Even though a photographer is assigned to capture the pop-up ceremony, many couples engage a photographer for an extended feature photography session. Sometimes this can be organised with the pop-up providers other times a family friend is behind the camera or a professional photographer is engaged to capture the occasion. There are photographers who will work for an hourly rate to shoot a feature wedding photography if they are available on the afternoon.
Expect this two to three hour wedding car hire to cost from $350 to $490 depending upon the locations involved, total hire time and the wedding car chosen.
Ceremony, feature photo session and through to a celebration, hotel or back home
One of the interesting things about helping with pop-up weddings is that every couple approaches the day with a very different planning outcome in mind. We are very flexible with our wedding car hire and will accommodate a huge variety of styles.
Photos before the ceremony
At traditional weddings the groom arrives around 30 minutes ahead of the bridal party to greet guests and ensure that everything is in place for the wedding. It is common for the couple to arrive together for many pop-up weddings. Photos before the ceremony allows you to arrive together or if your photo session is near the ceremony location you can arrive 10 minutes apart in the same wedding car or limousine.
Finger food and drinks?
Some of the pop-up wedding providers are associated with wedding venues and provide a cocktail style celebration for an hour or so after the ceremony. This is a fun and economical way to celebrate with friends.
For many couples leaving the venue is the start of the celebration not the end. The afternoon can be spent with a transfer to a hotel or at a feature photography shoot and followed by a celebration with your closest friends and family at a casual dinner at your favourite restaurant without the overheads of venue hire or the extraordinary cost of meals and drinks.

Organised couples looking to bask in the thrill of the day with a honeymoon often get transferred from the celebration directly to Perth Airport for a carefree start to married life in a different city or country. We have delivered several brides to the airport over the years and the special treatment they get on-board in their wedding dress is worth considering. We will assist with airport transfers in chauffeur cars, classic wedding cars and limousines as required.
