Limousine hire prices

The following price guide is for hire throughout the Perth metropolitan area. For wedding hire, the top end of the price range will usually be for Saturday afternoon hire during the peak wedding season. At other times we try to be flexible and work to the budget of clients and quotes relate to total hire time and the distances / locations involved.

Chauffeur Cars Price

Belle only provide chauffeur cars to assist with special occasion hire such as wedding transport or small group wine tours. The general rate for these hires varies according to the time of day.

Classic cars and limousines

Prices include up to an hour hire with a stop at a feature location like Kings Park or the South Perth foreshore for photographs. Direct transfers are usually at the lower end of the scale and all prices are dependent upon the locations and times involved – please confirm when booking.

Hire rates for classic cars and limousines for wedding proposals are similar to those given in special events above. This separate tab is to inform you that we will work to your plans, often incorporating multiple vehicles or staggered hire times to help facilitate your special proposal plans.

School Balls

Belle Classic Limousines has reduced the price squeeze on school ball limousine hire. We offer a range of limos to suit groups of 10 students or multiple limos for a crowd. Get together with a group of friends and hire more than one limo for your ball and we’ll reduce the price for all students by $5 per head. Chrysler limousine hire from as low as $75 per head for the return transfers.

The school ball pricing below is for up to 1.5 hours hire to the ball including a photo stop along the way, and a direct transfer to the original pick-up address for the return. In tha great majority of balls we assist with a 15 minute photo stop is sufficient, any longer results in bored students wanting to get underway, but too early to head to the ball venue. The common photo stop locations are very busy on ball nights and are best suited to 15-20 minute stopovers.

Belle Classic also provide classic sedans to cater for couples and six seat Rolls Royce limousines for small groups.

Our advertised prices are subject to confirmation of the locations involved and for Perth metro school balls with a return to the pick-up address. If you want to be dropped at an after party we will assist but the price may vary depending upon the location of the party.

Weddings

The rates below are a guide only and apply to bookings throughout the Perth metro area. In many cases a custom quote of your needs will price less than the list pricing, especially for packages involving multiple wedding cars or limousines. The 3 – 4 hr hire noted below work for set price estimates. We will custom quote shorter or longer hire for any wedding date but you will need to share the expected hire schedule and the locations involved on your wedding day.

Classic Wedding Cars

From as low as $150 per hour as part of a three or four hour package or from $290 for a one hour hire depending upon the locations involved. The following price ranges are for a typical wedding hire, we will custom quote your needs once your wedding venues and pick-up locations and hire schedule for your day are known. Multiple wedding cars and limousines

Belle Classic Limousines specialise in multiple wedding car packages, We have one of Perth’s largest collections of matching wedding cars and limousines. For large wedding parties requiring multiple vehicles we will assist with price benefits for a transport package.

Swan Valley Weddings

The Swan Valley is our home, if you are using a Swan Valley reception venue there will be a price advantage for most Swan Valley wedding limo hire. As noted previously we will need to custom quote your needs for our best rates.

We will beat any genuine quote for a Swan Valley or Perth city based wedding based on like cars from a reputable business (conditional to availability on your wedding day). Why not take advantage of our better service, contact us after your initial shop around.

Belle will also be flexible to assist couples with Swan Valley weddings with a shorter hire requirement on peak Saturday afternoons.

Off peak weddings

We love Friday and Sunday weddings, in fact all midweek weddings.

For Sunday, mid-week and Saturday morning weddings we will quote your needs individually and work to your budget. We will accommodate your needs whether a short transfer of extended hire at great rates.

End of night get-aways

Belle will provide a limited number of end of wedding evening transfers to clients who have booked their wedding transport with us. Priority is given existing wedding bookings. Ask the office for availability when booking if this is of interest to you.

Wedding Peak Days

Peak wedding days in Perth are Saturday afternoons from September through to the end of December, then from mid-February through to mid-May.

Even in peak season we discount Friday and Sunday weddings

Whilst many Fridays (especially March, April, October, November) and public holiday weekend Sundays also book heavily and may require couples to organise their transport well in advance. We do often assist with special pricing for late night get-aways for multi-limo and wedding car package bookings subject to availability (and dependent upon the locations and limos involved and the total hire time).

Belle Classic limousine hire rates vary between cars and for different purposes. Wedding bookings are often made over twelve months in advance and pricing will vary slightly from year to year.

Real hire rates versus advertised specials

Ask for a custom quote if you are hiring during an off-peak period.

It is seen by many businesses as a risky practice because other businesses can quote $10 less for your booking and have an ‘advantage’. On the plus side you know the prices we offer are not inflated to take advantage of you; or the desperation price of a business on the brink of survival or ‘up for sale’ as several are in Perth …. then you must wonder how secure their booking really is. We don’t advertise ‘Chrysler wedding limos from $800 or 25% off’ because it is misleading in the context of a regular booking but we do often do mid week wedding and special occasion limo hire at great prices compared to Saturdays – our range of vehicles allows us to find a solution that fits into your budget.

On peak wedding hire days our cars are often booked out up to six months in advance. Still, we often consider special pricing for multi-limo wedding package bookings, long wedding hire (over five hours) and Swan Valley weddings.

For non-peak wedding days we can be quite flexible on the stated prices dependent upon the locations involved, the total hire time and the limos involved. Use our pricing schedule as a guide knowing that the actual hire will cost less.

Price matching
