Breakwater Reception Centre
Breakwater Tavern now known as ‘The Breakwater’ at Hillarys Marina has morphed from a grungy pub into a high class tavern and function centre which has become a popular wedding reception venue – somewhere suitable for Rolls Royce limousines. Users of the function centre enjoy spectacular views over the boat harbour out to the ocean during their event. It is a great backdrop for wedding celebrations.
Couples using Breakwater for their reception usually enjoy photos along the beach at sunset before moving to the marina for a grand entrance across the boardwalk to the venue.
Limo access to The Breakwater Function Centre
The Breakwater is located on the jetty structure of the marina with no direct vehicle access. Entry to the building is via the car park or across the boardwalk adjacent to the boat ramps.
Both wedding drop-offs and end of evening pick-ups are best coordinated at the boardwalk entrance. Vehicle access for stretch Chrysler limousines, Hummers and classic wedding cars such as the Rolls Royce Clouds is easy with ample turning space and parking for several limousines and buses for guest transfers.
