If you have not received a response to an email or telephone message within 48 hours (or confirmation of a booking form or payment being received within fourteen days) please contact us. On occasions (thankfully not often) posted items get misplaced by Australia Post, faxes sometimes get sent to our phone-line and are not received, emails get deleted by spam filters and electronic payments don’t transfer successfully. We will respond to all emails and acknowledge receipt of bookings and payments via email or post.
