Information will be stored with care. Data storage and written records are secured in our office and accessible to employees in the course of their work.
Information use
Some personal details (name, pick-up addresses and contact numbers) will be distributed electronically to drivers and/or contractors as part of scheduling your limousine service and the front (planning) page of the booking form is copied for the drivers for use during the service. Employees and contractors are not authorised to keep or further use your details.
Rarely, Belle Amie Pty Ltd may be required to supply limousine service details to relevant government authorities or related third parties in the course or running the business.
Belle Amie Pty Ltd may contact you occasionally for promotional purposes but will not distribute your records to third parties for any other use.
