Alison and Alastair were married in the Bay View Park over-looking the Swan River and Point Walter. A surprise for everybody was Alistair’s directing the Jaguar convertible toward the city to catch a helicopter ride to the ceremony from Trinity College. With special approval to land in Bay View Park only granted in the weeks before the wedding it remained a secret until he arrived on the morning. The ceremony was followed by photos along the Swan River before heading off to the reception at Il Contro Restaurant in South Perth.
