It is reassuring to know that Belle is the preferred wedding limousine provider at the major Swan Valley reception venues including Belvoir Function Centre, Brookleigh Estate, Carilley Estate Winery, Caversham House, Fillaudeau’s Restaurant, Mallard Duck Restaurant, Mandoon Estate, Mulberry on Swan, Riverbank Estate Winery, Rose & Crown Hotel, Sandalford Winery and Sittella Winery. Venues only recommend businesses with a great record of service and with whom they have confidence.
After many years assisting with weddings in the valley we know the layout, various wedding arrival and departure points and photo locations at all venues. During your photo sessions our drivers will position the cars in the best vantage points as instructed by your photographer so can achieve some great pictures with the cars and your day is stress free.
Best deals for all Swan Valley weddings
Our transparent pricing policy found on the rates page of the website is structured for weddings across the Perth metro area. We will always provide a special deal on our advertised pricing for a Swan Valley wedding. To take advantage of this offer email through the details of your wedding noting the pick-up locations, ceremony and reception venues, expected schedule along with your preferred wedding cars or limousines and we will custom quote your wedding transport. The benefit will vary from wedding to wedding depending upon several factors including the length of hire, number of vehicles booked, the pick-up locations involved, total hire time, day of the week and time of year, but we will always be the best value option for Swan Valley weddings.
All at one venue weddings
Many of the Swan Valley reception venues also have one or more ceremony locations so couples can have an all at one location wedding. Still a variety of wedding car hire patterns occur.
Direct transfer to the venue
In some cases an ‘all at one venue’ reduces the wedding transport requirement to a direct transfer to the venue. Couples using Valley View Restaurant and Riverbank Estate, for instance, frequently request a direct transfer because the ceremony location, reception room and photo opportunities are very close to each other with limited onsite opportunity to feature the wedding cars in your photography.
The ceremony time is usually around 4.00pm allowing a hour for photos before heading into the reception. As you might expect this is the middle of the wedding afternoon and any car committed to the direct transfer will not be able to be engaged in a full 3 -4 hour wedding hire. If you have booked your venue on a peak Saturday afternoon
Bridal transfer and ‘on site’ feature photography session
Other venues like Caversham House, Mulberry on Swan and Sandalford Winery have frequently used photo locations 100’s of metres from the ceremony and reception areas. Although the distances seem manageable when visiting in your casual clothes, consider walking the distances in your wedding dress, full suits, new shoes often on a hot day – it is not the best way to enjoy your wedding photography shoot. It is better to use the feature photography session as a time to chill out and relax before heading into your reception. In the majority of Swan Valley weddings at least one wedding car or limousine is retained for the period between the ceremony and reception to transport the wedding party to the ‘on site’ or nearby photo locations during the afternoon.
Off site feature photography
Many couples choose to take advantage of the spectacular nearby photography locations in the Swan Valley. Bells Rapids, Swanleigh, historic Guildford, All Saints Church, Woodbridge House and favourite wineries are all popular feature photo locations around the valley. Locations close to your reception venue are usually favoured, however, you can build in time to visit any of the above from a Swan Valley reception venue.
Church or city wedding ceremony followed by a Swan Valley reception
Many Swan Valley weddings begin with a wedding ceremony a the city location like Kings Park or the Matilda Bay foreshore or the couple’s preferred church before heading to the valley for the reception. Weddings with a ceremony in the city (for example) will often use central feature photo locations like Hyde Park, Kings Park or UWA before heading to the valley and using the grounds of the reception centre to finish the wedding photography.

End of night get-aways
Belle offer discounted end of night get-aways to couples using Swan Valley or city accommodation on their wedding night (conditional on the use of our wedding cars or limousines for the afternoon wedding transport). We advise you to pre-book your end of night transport. In this day of Uber chauffeur cars it is possible to consider that hiring a short call ride will be easy, however, the Swan Valley and the late night finishing time compound the difficulty of securing a prompt response from an Uber car or taxi.
Uber cars and taxies congregate in areas where they expect a high probability of work. Perth city, Crown Casino and the airport are common focal points. The Swan Valley will have many cruising cars during the evening, but between 11.00pm and 1.00am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights every wedding and night spot in Perth is closing. The demand for short call transport quickly overruns the supply especially in fringe areas like the Swan Valley. The furhter into the valley you are the less chance of securing on-call transport. We often see couples walking from Belvoir or Sittella Winery to the Great Northern Highway after midnight in the hope it will be easier to flag down a taxi rather than wait outside the venue after it has closed for the night.
Swan Valley accommodation
The Swan Valley and surrounds has a range of quality end-of-wedding-night accommodation ranging from the luxury Novotel Vines resort to more humble chalet accommodation. Over the year we pick-up from and deliver couples to all of these locations as well as the usual big ticket Perth city venues.
